I can’t tell you how much I love my trike. It’s just wonderful.
I previously had a trike from a different shop and manufacturer, which was both much more expensive and harder to ride. It didn’t have a rear brake, was shorter and narrower, a was very unstable going round corners. Oh, and it was really heavy. I sent it back, got a refund and bought my Scout instead. It couldn’t be more different.
This is a total pleasure to ride, and I feel safe and steady. I can’t go out on it without people commenting on how lovely it is. Was expecting the colour to be teal, but it’s more like an emerald green. Still looks great. Delivery was slow due to covid, but I was kept informed and it was well worth the wait!

Really pleased with this. It arrived the day after ordering it. I had it assembled for me and I’m finding it easy to use. Feels extremely stable but is light enough for me to lift into my car. Had prompt response when I emailed the company with a query.

Took delivery in July 2021 after about 2 month wait which, on reflection, was not bad considering covid related delays. I built most of it myself but took it to a local bike mechanic who adjusted the gears, brakes etc and gave it a thorough checkover for £20. Incidentally he compared the Scout very favourably against a Jorvik which he had recently assembled.
On the road I found it very quick to get used to being both stable and comfortable to ride. At first I was concerned about the width as I mainly ride on single track roads but it has never been a problem, I just plod on till the next passing place.
The trike is heavy compared to a bicycle and combined with my unfitness I find hills a pain.
To combat this I am going to fit an electric conversion to make life easier.
The only other trike I have ridden was a friend’s who had bought a cheapie from Amazon. There is no comparison between the two.
Al in, given the price, build quality and standard equipment I think the Scout is hard to beat

I was delighted with this adult tricycle because it took me back to the one I raced down Staplands Road as a kid, plus it has gears and that one didn’t. A favourite trick was to go around corners on two-wheels, which makes me wonder why I never really progressed to bicycles. Plus you could park one of the back wheels in a puddle and give your best friend a soaking! I look forward to revisiting pastimes from my ‘past times’… Five stars!

Unfortunately he loves it so much he buckled the front wheel, unable to source correct size/fitting – these guys sent me a replacement wheel, with tyre for FREE when heard of my plight. Bought my Scout 2 tears ago. Assembled it myself with no issues. It has been a trouble free trike for these two years. Great for exercise although shifting between 3rd and 2nd gears is sometimes stiff. I’m thinking of getting the e bike conversion kit now that I’m approaching 80.
