With a powerful 12.8Ah battery, using LG 3200 cells, you'll complete your daily trip without breaking a sweat! Unless you want to, then simply turn down or off the electric assist and put in more manual work when you feel up to it.
The Scout e-trike has 5 levels of assist, for example you can use level 1 to assist you up to 5 MPH, all the way up to level 5 assist which will assist you up to 15 MPH, so you can build up your own fitness levels while cycling long journeys or carrying essential loads.
An LCD screen with multiple brightness settings enables visibility on sunnier days, will track your speed, distance & battery levels.
Safety cut off brake levers will stop the electric assist whenever the brake levers are pressed, so you'll never have to worry about accelerating when you need to stop, using front & rear disc brakes provide ultimate stopping power.

Packed with Power
A lightweight Lithium-ion battery that comes in at only 2.3KG but packs a real punch in power.
Using 12.8Ah LG 3200 cells, up to 40 miles is possible using the pedal assist modes.
The battery locks into place using the keys provided with your tricycle, these are unique to your trike so always try keep one safe.
If you ever lose your keys then you can contact us and we can arrange replacements.

Premium Schwable tyres with Kevlar Guard & a reflective strip will keep you visible on the road and protected from punctures for miles and miles!

The electric Scout is very good value for money. It is sturdy and comes with a lot of free accessories. I have had no problems dealing with the company and any queries were dealt with very well and promptly. If you aren’t experienced in bike or trike building, it might very helpful to find a professional mechanic to build it. We had no bother though.The trike is a great bit of kit for the money. I absolutely love my Scout, it has liberated me as I can’t walk or stand easily,but I can whizz about on my trike and it makes me very happy. Thank you for a great product and excellent service. Much appreciated. Highly recommended.

Great product,well made and the way all the nut and bolts are in separate and well labelled bags you can’t go wrong.making assembly reasonably easy.i would recommend watching the on line video regarding gear setting and adjusting disc brakes .great purchase but give a couple of extra days for delivery than the stated 2 day delivery but a great all round purchase and product.

This tricycle is an absolute must-have! I love it because it’s incredibly well made and of high quality. It’s really sturdy and has great manoeuvrability, so I feel very safe when I ride it. The seat is also comfortable and adjusts easily and the red colour is vibrant and fun — Highly recommend this tricycle to everyone!

I agree with everything positive said in the other reviews. A few minor niggles, mainly about the superficial assembly instructions and poor instructions for the LCD readout, but other than that, a one quality trike for the money.

An excellent purchase at a much lower cost than competitors. However, be prepared for the arrival of a large cardboard box! It takes quite a while to complete the assembly – and the instructions could be a bit better, but buytricycle answered all my queries promptly. The instructions for the lcd read out are miniscule and do not include how to re-zero the trip meter. As an 84 year old it’s quite different from 2 wheels – but I’m having a lot of fun now.

When I decided to buy a Scout electric trike in pieces, I was a bit concerned if some parts should be missed, like IKEA in the beginning. But I needn’t have worried. All parts were there and impressively well-marked. The trike itself is very sturdy and seems to be of very high quality. I’m impressed. Thanks to an instructive Assembly Guide it was quite forward to assemble the trike. However, you must have a bit of common sense and preferably be used to assembling things and also be prepared that it will take longer time to assemble than expected. One small thing I have to complain about is that it is no instructions on how to route the chain through the Derailleur. I choose the easiest way, which, of course, turned out to be the wrong way, but after some research, I could figure out how to do it.
When the package arrived, one wheel was damaged during transport, but there were no discussions about replacing it and the dispatch was made almost immediately. The company responded to e-mails almost by return, which also was a positive experience.
So, to sum up, I’m very satisfied with both the product and how company has handled my order.

I’ve had my electric tricycle over 3yrs now and covered over 1000kms no problems
I’ve just bought from Amazon a L shaped saddle stem which gives extra length between peddles and seating position which makes for a more comfortable ride as I have long legs. Now I can go further distances exploring the Spanish countryside
